A great light meal for Spring or Summer!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 large Apples, cored and diced
  • 2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped


  1. Mix chicken, apples, celery and walnuts. Set aside.
  2. Stir together yogurt, mayo and honey. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Line plates with lettuce leaves if desired and place salad on top of leaves.
