A delicious meal or snack that's perfect when you're short on time!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 medium English Muffins, halved
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 12 ounces Tuna, well drained


  1. Drain tuna well and break up with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and chopped celery. Mix.
  2. Lightly toast 4 english muffins, each halved. (8 slices total).
  3. Top each English Muffin with 1/8 tuna mixture.
  4. Top each muffin with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese. Broil 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is golden and bubbly.
