Turn your kitchen into an Italian ristorante with this simple and delicious pasta dish!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped fresh
  • 1 package Manicotti, 8 oz
  • 16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs, dried and seasoned
  • 2 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 6 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, shredded


  1. Boil pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine ricotta, 4 ounces of mozzarella, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, bread crumbs, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray and pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with cheese mixture and place in dish.
  5. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
