A delicious extra to any dish- especially in colder months.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion, finely diced
  • 4 large Potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon White Distilled Vinegar


  1. Boil unpeeled potatoes 20-30 minutes or until tender but firm. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, saute onions in butter until they start to turn brown.
  3. Mix onions with sour cream, cheese and vinegar in casserole dish and stir well.
  4. Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
  5. Fold potatoes into sauce.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
