Such a fun and colorful pasta salad! Perfect for a summer picnic!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Edamame, shelled
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, diced


  1. Cook and drain pasta.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooled pasta with the corn, edamame, bell pepper and carrots.
  3. Drizzle the remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil and toss to coat.
  4. Add the parmesan and salt.
