Simple and quick to make, quesadillas are sure to please! Use low carb tortillas for a low carb option.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoon Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 4 large Tortillas


  1. Place two tortillas on plate. Spread beans, then cheese, then onions.
  2. Top with remaining tortillas.
  3. Spray frying pan with cooking spray, and cook about 3 minutes per side on medium heat.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve with garnishes.
