Pulled Pork Burritos

This simple method makes an unbelievably good pork roast. You can serve it as shown here or eat the meat by itself.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Cheddar or Favorite Mixed Cheeses, grated
  • 8 large Flour or Wheat Tortillas
  • 2 cups Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large Pork Roast
  • 1 jar Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour Cream


1. Combine roast, salsa and brown sugar in slow cooker and cook on low 8 hours or on high 5 hours.

2. Shred with fork.

3. Spoon meat onto one side of tortilla.

4. Add desired toppings and fold to secure.

Optional toppings: Grated cheese, lettuce, sour cream
