Peach Chipotle Meatball Sliders

These little babies are a year round hit as an appetizer, game day fare or a dinner in and of themselves. 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 24 pieces slider rolls
  • 1 bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 jar peach preserves
  • 3 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 medium Onion


1. Brown meatballs in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Saute' diced onion over medium heat until tender.

2. Meanwhile mix together barbeque sauce, peach preserves and minced peppers. Add onion to sauce.

3. Place meatballs in slow cooker and cover in sauce. Cook on low for about an hour and then keep warm until ready to serve.

4. Toast slider rolls on grill if desired. Place one meatball on each roll and serve warm. 5. Enjoy!
