Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Put cooked and cubed chicken and thawed vegetables in a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix milk, egg, and bisquick.
  4. Pour over chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until bisquick mixture turns golden brown.
