Simple and Delicious Energy Bites!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats, toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Flax Seed
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2/3 cup Almond Butter

Instructions

1. In a medium size bowl mix together the oats, flax seed, chia seeds and cranberries.

2. In a second bowl mix together the almond butter, honey, orange zest and vanilla.

3. Add the almond butter mixture into the other bowl. Stir well to combine. Shape into one inch balls.

4. To store: Place poppers in between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container. Cover and store in refrigerator up to one week.
