Simple and sassy appetizer or meal. Lots of fun to make and eat!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 small can Green Chile Peppers
  • 1 cup Mexican Style Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 24 packet of Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin cups. Bake 8-10 minutes until wontons are golden brown and keep their shape.

2. Meanwhile brown the ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning and green chilies.

3. Spoon beef mixture into wonton cups. Top with cheese and salsa. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
