The sauce makes the dish! Note for gluten free diet: Most jarred salsas are gluten free but the occasional brand has thickening agents that may contain gluten. Good idea to double check the label.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 can Cranberry Sauce
  • 25 large Meatballs, cooked and frozen
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 jar Salsa


  1. Mix cranberry sauce and salsa with a wire whisk. Pour sauce in a slow cooker. Add frozen meatballs.
  2. Cook on low 4-5 hours, or high 2-3 hours.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions. Spoon meatballs and sauce over rice.
