Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 large Potatoes
  • 1 large Red Onion, sliced
  • 3 pounds Top Round London Broil Cut Beef, cubed
  • 16 ounces Red Wine and Vinegar Salad Dressing
  • 1 packet of Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large Green Pepper, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Meantime, peel and cube potatoes, slice red onion, chop green pepper, and slice mushrooms.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute meat until well browned on all sides.
  3. Place meat in a 10x15 baking dish.
  4. Next, place the potatoes, onion, pepper, and mushrooms over the meat.
  5. Top with salad dressing and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for one hour, or until potatoes are tender.
