London Broil with Mango-Peach Salsa

The perfect combination of savory and sweet. Great served with a side of asparagus.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 large Limes, juiced and divided
  • 1 large London Broil, about 3 pounds
  • 1 large Mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon McCormic Smokehouse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 large Scallion, chopped


  1. Heat broiler. Combine chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and 2 tablespoons lime juice.
  2. Rub mixture on top and bottom of meat.
  3. Cook beef on broiler pan about 6 inches from heat source for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reads at least 140 to 150.
  4. Turn once after 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, pit, peel, and chop mango, and pit and chop peach.
  6. Add chopped scallion, olive oil, and cilantro.
  7. Mix lightly and top London broil with salsa mixture.
