Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Starch, heaping
  • 3 cups Macaroni Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 2 cups Milk


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Melt margarine over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir in cornstarch.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
  5. Bring to a boil while still stirring constantly so it doesn't scorch.
  6. Add cheese.
  7. Stir in cooked noodles and salt.
