Ham Quiche

Perfect for brunch or dinner! This fluffy but filling quiche is sure to be a fast family favorite!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 ounces Ham, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 packet of Pie Crust, baked according to directions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream


  1. Cover bottom of crust with ham.
  2. Beat eggs, cream and seasoning.
  3. Pour into pie crust until 3/4 full.
  4. Cover top with little butter pieces and sprinkle with pepper.
  5. Cover edges of crust with foil and bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until golden brown. (Quiche should not move when you shake it).
