One of our favorite kabob recipes with awesome textures and bursting with flavor!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 pound Cooked Ham
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard


1.Preheat grill to high heat 2.In a medium bowl mix together brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and mustard. 3.Thread ham and pineapple alternately onto skewers. 4.Lightly oil grill grate. Place skewers onto prepared grill and brush lightly with the brown sugar mixture. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently and basting often. Serve when heated through and richly glazed.
