Grilled Salmon with Cheese and Herb Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Garlic and Herb Flavored Spreadable Cheese
  • 4 large Salmon Fillets


  1. Oil and heat your grill or broiler pan.
  2. Rub each salmon fillet with about 1 tsp oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Heat spreadable cheese in a bowl in the microwave until melted.
  5. You may stir in about 1 tbls. of water.
  6. Place salmon on dinner plates and spoon on sauce, then top with tomatoes.
