These moist and flavorful muffins make a great healthy snack.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Red Grapes


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins with paper cups. 2. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the center. 3. Add milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. 4. Stir until ingredients are combined. Lightly fold in grapes. 5. Bake 25 minutes, until golden brown.
