Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 cups Baby Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter


  1. Cook carrots in boiling water about 15 minutes or until very soft.
  2. Drain into colander.
  3. Add butter and brown sugar to pan and cook over low until melted and well combined.
  4. Return carrots to pan and stir until carrots are well coated.
