Easy Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken

Incredibly easy and equally delicious.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • 3 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti
  • 1 cup Pinenuts
  • 4 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup Olive Oil


To make pesto sauce:

1. In a food processor, blend together basil leaves, nuts, garlic, and cheese.

2. Pour in oil slowly while still mixing.

3. Stir in salt and pepper.

To cook Chicken:

1. Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until no longer pink.

3. Cut chicken into bit size pieces.

To cook pasta:

1. Cook desired type of pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse.

To combine:

1. After cubing chicken return to pan and add remaining pesto sauce. Mix gently. Mix in pasta. Top with parmesan cheese.
