These mouth watering rolls are a great addition to most any entree and a year round family favorite!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar


1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and allow to rise until frothy (about 5 minutes).

2. Heat milk until it almost boils. Remove from heat and combine with all other ingredients, adding yeast and flour last.

3. Place dough in a greased medium mixing bowl. Allow to rise one hour.

4. Drop by tablespoons into grassed muffin tins, filling each about 3/4 full.

5. Let rise about 1 hour.

6. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or until gently brown.
