Cranberry Chicken Fillo Cups

This fun and festive appetizer is the perfect addition to a holiday spread or really anytime you are serving small bites.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 large Chicken Breasts, cooked, chopped
  • 6 ounces Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Mixed Nuts, toasted, chopped
  • 2 medium Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 ounces Pomegranate Seeds
  • 15 small Frozen Fillo Shells


1.Thaw fillo shells as directed on package.


2. In a medium bowl mix the cranberries, yogurt, lemon juice,nuts and green onions.


3. Scoop generous spoonfuls of mixture into shells. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs.
