Cracker coated pork chops are simple and delicious!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 large Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1/2 sticks of Butter
  • 1 cup Butter Crackers, crushed
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt


  1. Mix crackers, salt and pepper.
  2. Dip pork chops into beaten eggs and then into cracker mixture.
  3. Put in casserole dish and place cubed pieces of butter around the pork chops.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45- 50 minutes.
