This recipe calls for chicken. Pork and beef are a delicious option as well.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1/3 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 pound Chicken Thighs
  • 2/17 teaspoon Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Juice


1. In a shallow dish or large ziplock bag add all the ingredients and mix together well. 2. Add chicken to marinade and place in fridge for anywhere from 3-24 hours, turning meat occasionally. 3. Grill meat to desired doneness and discard remaining marinade.
