Simple Chicken Salad

This delicious chicken salad can be served on a croissant or with mixed greens as a salad.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoon Dried Dill
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise


  1. Boil chicken until cooked through. Let cool then cut into bite size pieces, or shred.
  2. Add mayo (more or less, as desired). Add salt, pepper, and dried dill. Stir in chopped celery.
  3. Fold in dried cranberries. You can also add other ingredients as desired, such as sliced grapes, roasted pine nuts or cashews.
