Chicken Pasta Salad

This absolutely fabulous pasta salad will become an instant favorite! Serves more than 4, but it will disappear fast!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Cole Slaw Dressing
  • 2 cups Green Apple, diced
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges, 16 oz
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely grated
  • 2 cups Red Grapes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups Salted Cashews
  • 1 package Shell Pasta, cooked


1. Stir together mayonnaise and coleslaw dressing in medium mixing bowl.

2. Add chicken and pasta to dressing and gently fold until well mixed. Gently stir in the remaining ingredients except apples and cashews.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

4. Add apples and cashews just before serving.
