Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream


1. Line baking dish with chicken breasts and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

2. Meanwhile mix all remaining ingredients in sauce pan and heat but do not boil.

3. Pour sauce over chicken.

4. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
