A yummy soup for any occasion!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Basil, dried
  • 4 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
  • 4 cans Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 1 can Vegetable Broth


  1. Melt butter in large pot over medium heat.
  2. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender (about 5 minutes).
  3. Pour in broths and stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil and oregano.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes before serving.
