Chicken and Rice Soup

This is a hearty and yummy soup recipe submitted by Britney Thompson! You can use more or less vegetables as desired.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 1 cup Carrots, cut up
  • 1 cup Celery, cut up
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 packet of Lipton Dry Noodle Soup
  • 1 cup Onion, cut up
  • 1 box Rice-a-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice
  • 6 cups Water


  1. Boil rice and soup packet in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetables and cook another 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and chicken.
  4. Heat until hot and steamy.
