Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

A delicious meal that your family will ask for again and again. Get your protein, veggies, and grains all in one dish! For a healthier version, substitute brown rice for white rice.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 head Broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces and cooked
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, or juice from one lemon
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cup Rice, cooked


  1. Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until well blended.
  2. Mix in chicken, broccoli and rice. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
