A simple Cantaloupe and Blackberry Salad!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups Black Berries
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 large Cantaloupe


1. Remove seeds from cantaloupe and slice into bite size pieces. 2. Place cantaloupe and blackberries into serving bowl. 3. In a separate bowl mix the lime juice, lime zest and chopped mint leaves. Pour over top of fruit. Mix gently, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
