Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar or Favorite Mixed Cheeses
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Macaroni Noodles
  • 1 large Onion, medium size
  • 1 can Tomato Soup


  1. Cook macaroni per package instructions and drain.
  2. In a frying pan, cook beef and onion. Drain fat.
  3. Mix beef, macaroni, corn, and soup.
  4. Place in a greased casserole and cover with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
