A simple and fun favorite for all ages!

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar or Favorite Mixed Cheeses, shredded
  • 4 large Flour or Wheat Tortillas
  • 3 cups Lettuce, shredded
  • 16 ounces Refried Beans, pinto or black
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 large Tomatoes, sliced


  1. Warm tortillas one at a time in a clean, empty skillet. Remove and use pan to heat beans, stirring constantly until warmed through.
  2. Spread beans inside middle of tortilla.
  3. Add cheese and any other of the condiments you want.
  4. Fold the top and bottom ends up, then fold over each side.
