Description
A simple Marinara recipe!
Recipe Ingredients

large Yellow Onion
3
tablespoon Olive Oil
1
tablespoon Sugar
3
cloves Garlic, minced
5
teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2
teaspoon Salt
2
teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
2
cups Chicken Broth
3
cans Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz cans
2
tablespoon Tomato Paste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven over medium high heat. Saute' onions 5 minutes until soft and translucent.
2. Add sugar, garlic, tomato paste and seasonings. Saute' one minute more.
3. Stir in vinegar, cook 30 seconds. Add broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer about 40 minutes until sauce is thick and quite fragrant.
