Bang Bang Chicken Wraps

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon Peanut Butter Crunchy
  • 1 large Scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  • 3 tablespoon Water, HOT
  • 1 large Cucumber, sliced with peeler
  • 2 large Carrot, sliced with peeler
  • 3 cups Rice
  • 1 package Crunchy Rice Noodles
  • 8 large Tortillas
  • 4 large Chicken Breast, grilled and sliced


1. Grill chicken about five minutes per side. Let cool then slice into thin strips.

2. Peel cucumbers and carrots and slice into thin strips.

3. Mix peanut butter, scallion, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, hot water together for dressing(add more water if too thick)

4. Serve in warm tortillas.
