  • 1/4 tsp Sauce, rts, pepper, tabasco
  • 8 slice, small Bread, french or vienna, tstd (ind sourdough)
  • 1 tbsp Butter, with salt

1. Mix mayo and hot sauce in a small bowl.

2. Toast the sourdough bread in a toaster.

3. Place cheese inside of bread.

4. Spread mayo mixture on outside of bread slices.

5. Heat skillet over medium high heat and melt butter.

6. Grill about one minute per side until cheese is melted.
