Honey Basil Chicken | Category: Chicken / baked Delicious!!
1/2 cup Raspberry vinegar 11/2 tablespoon dijon mustard 2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoon minced fresh basil 1/2 teaspoon thyme 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
In a shallow glass dish, combine vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, honey, thyme, and pepper. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate at room temperature, 15 minutes. Grill or saute chicken, reserving marinade, about 4 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked. Transfer marinades to saucepan. Boil until reduced by half and pour over chicken.
