Easy Au Jus Sandwiches | Category: Sandwich / beef
This yummy twist on roast beef is sure to please everyone in your family. To make them a little fancier serve on nicer buns and add sauteed onions.
1/2 roast beef, sliced
8 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls
2 package au jus
Mix Au Jus packages in saucepan according to directions. Add roast beef to pan and return to a boil. Serve meat on rolls with melted cheese. Dip in remaining au jus sauce.
