Hamburger and Corn Casserole | Category: Beef / casserole
A quick and easy casserole that is the epitome of comfort food.
1 ground beef, lean
1 onion, finely chopped
6 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can cream style corn
1 cup milk
Dice onion and wash and slice potatoes. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Place potato slices in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. top with ground beef and onion mixture. Spread corn over meat. Pour milk on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.

I added cheese on top in the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
