A friend of mine is a caterer and uses salsa and grape jelly to make her sauce. I thought it was weird, but it turned out delicious. I think I like this version even better!

This was so simple and easy to prepare. Not only that, it was wonderful; even my 10-year old, picky eater, grandson gobbled it down.

I loved this and so did my 7 year old twins. I added garlic, salt, pepper, and a little chili powder just to give it some kick. It was perfect.

I was a little hesitant to make this for my family with children ranging from 7 to 17, but tried anyway. It was a HIT! Everyone loved it. It also was great warmed up the next day for lunch.
