Green beans with caramelized onions

This delicious side has NO points per serving! A tasty way to increase your vegetable intake and help curb your appetite for the main dish. Makes 8 servings. Recipe courtesy of weightwatchers.com.

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
16 ounces frozen pearl onions
16 ounces Frozen cut green beans
2 tablespoons dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil and sugar in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute until tender and golden brown, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes. Add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in dill, salt, and pepper.

Very good side dish. My daughter says she doesn't like onions, so I told her they were Pearls & she Loved them. Thank you simplify supper. :)
