1 can Low fat cream of chicken soup 1 package Frozen Mixed vegetables 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
Preheat oven to 400. Put cooked and cubed chicken and thawed vegetables in a 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray. Mix milk, egg, and bisquick. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until bisquick mixture turns golden brown.
