Southwest Turkey Kielbasa | Category: turkey / Slow Cooker This simple to prepare savory meal will add a kick to your dinner time!
2 cans black beans, rinsed 1 can corn 1 can Stewed tomatoes 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 Turkey Kielbasa, cut into bit sized chunks
Drain and rinse black beans. Cut Kielbasa into bite sized chunks. Drain off about half the liquid in the corn. Add ingredients to slow cooker. Do not mix until ready to serve. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice if desired.
