Southwest Turkey Kielbasa

This simple to prepare savory meal will add a kick to your dinner time!

2 cans black beans, rinsed
1 can corn
1 can Stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 Turkey Kielbasa, cut into bit sized chunks

Drain and rinse black beans. Cut Kielbasa into bite sized chunks. Drain off about half the liquid in the corn. Add ingredients to slow cooker. Do not mix until ready to serve. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice if desired.

This was really yummy! I used less spices than it called for since my family doesn't like spicy, but I think next time I'll put them all in. We had it over rice and also used tortilla chips to scoop up leftovers!
