Chips and Corn Salsa

This is so simple and such a crowd pleaser!  Serve with any Mexican dish or as a fabulous appetizer!  Multiply the recipe as needed.

1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh and diced
1 cup Italian salad dressing

Drain corn, beans and tomatoes and combine in a colander. Pour most of salad dressing over and mix well as it runs through the strainer. Transfer to serving bowl and add cilantro and rest of dressing. Mix well. Serve chilled or at room temperature with your favorite chips. You can also add sliced onions, avacado, or whatever else you want.
