1 teaspoon poultry seasoning 4-5 pound turkey 1 tablespoon Parsley 1/4 cups butter 1 cup water 1 package stovetop stuffing mix
Rinse turkey and pat dry. Rub with poultry seasoning. Place in roasting pan or baking dish and sprinkle parsley on top. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 3-4 hours or until meat is no longer pink when cut in center. Mix butter, water, and stuffing. Spread over top of turkey. Cook about one additional hour or until meat thermometer reads 170 at center. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with stuffing and choice of veggies.
