Slow Cooker Beef Stew | Category: Stew Delicious, healthy and filling.
1 pound stew meat 4 potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces 2 cups baby carrots 1 bay leaf, optional 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of celery soup, about 11 oz. 1 can cream of mushroom soup, about 11 oz. 1 can tomato sauce, about 8 oz. 1 package frozen peas, about 10 ounces
Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally.
