Tortellini Soup | Category: Soup / beef Colorful, filling, and incredibly simple!
5 cups Chicken broth 31/2 cups shredded carrots 1 cup yellow summer squash, chopped 3 cups spinach, torn 1 package refrigerated cheese tortellini, 9 oz.
In a large saucepan, combine broth, carrots, and chopped squash. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach and tortellini. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until tortellini is heated through.
