1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon McCormic smokehouse ground black pepper 2 teaspoons 2 limes, juiced and divided 1 London Broil, about 3 pounds 1 mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped 1 peach, pitted and chopped 1 scallion, chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon cilantro
Heat broiler. Combine chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Rub mixture on top and bottom of meat. Cook beef on broiler pan about 6 inches from heat source for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reads at least 140 to 150. Turn once after 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pit, peel, and chop mango, and pit and chop peach. Add chopped scallion, olive oil, and cilantro. Mix lightly and top London broil with salsa mixture.
