Thanksgiving Casserole

Great anytime you are in the mood for a taste of Thanksgiving or use for Thanksgiving leftovers.  You can use chicken instead of turkey.

1 box stovetop stuffing mix, six ounce size
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup turkey, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 cup corn flakes

Mix all ingredients in a baking dish. Crumble corn flakes on top if desired. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This dish is perfect for a small quantity of turkey that won't feed the whole family for leftovers. By making this dish everyone thinks they are having Thanksgiving all over again! It's Great!
